All our meal creations are tailored around our guest's palate.  Fantasy food, favourites or whether you feel like trying something from a distant part of the world...unknown to your tastebuds.

I have worked and traveled as a chef in some very interesting places over 15 years.  From Europe, Mexico, North and East Africa, Greece and Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia to Nepal, to name a few. I try and entice our guests to try things from corners of the globe where the food is different but delicious. To experience new flavours and combinations. To take a leap, to be adventurous! 

Always keeping in mind that you can decide whatever you want - if the ingredients allow.
